How do I get my designs?
After you have completed the transaction through Pay Pal, a confirmation of your transaction will be emailed to the address you use with Pay Pal. You will need to let us know if you need the email delivered to an alternate email address. The email will have a link that will allow you to download your designs. Sometimes the email can end up in your junk tray, so be sure to check there if you believe you have not been sent the email.

I need a design format that is not listed?
You may want to contact us before you buy to make sure we have the ability to convert to the form at you need. There are some formats that are no longer available to convert. Just go to our CONTACT page and send us a quick note. We'll get back with you as fast as we are able.

Why are there multiple SEW files?
When a design is larger or has numerous colors, it will create as many SEW files as the program needs to complete the design.

Can I get a different design size?
Most designs can be increased or decreased in size. If needed, just Contact us.

Why are all designs on one page?
If you are experiencing an issue with photos that are not flipping correctly, you can view them all in one place by selecting "Show All Designs" from the main menu.

Can I search for a specific design in Internet Explorer?
You can search on any page for a specifically named design by pressing and holding the CTRL + "F" to "Find" any word that may appear on a given web page. Use this function to find something you are looking for specifically. If you still can't find it, drop us a note to see if it is available or could be created for you.

Where is the clipart source identified?
When required the clipart source is identified with each specific design.
